Each download is delivered as a PDF file. To access the download, login to your acount and go to the order page for download links.
Single DVD’s, Bundles, 27 DVD Collection
If you requested a DVD product, our products are made to order. We do not carry inventory and once your order is placed, we do not offer refunds.

No Returns or Refunds
Because offerings are provided through private membership and many materials are delivered immediately or produced to order, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not offered.
This applies to all offerings, including but not limited to:
- Digital materials (video, audio, downloads, member content)
- Physical items, including DVDs and archival media
Once access is granted or fulfillment has begun, the request is considered final.
Replacement for Defective or Incorrect Items
We are happy to replace items that are defective or incorrectly fulfilled at no additional cost.
Eligible replacement reasons include:
- Manufacturing or workmanship defects
- Fulfillment errors (e.g., incorrect disc or item received)
To request a replacement, please contact us through our Contact Form with a description of the issue.
Defective items may be required to be returned to our fulfillment address prior to replacement.
DVD Playback Assistance
Before requesting a replacement for playback issues, please first try:
- A different DVD player or device
- A software-based player such as VLC Media Player
- Any available support resources provided on the site
- Many playback issues are device-related rather than disc-related.
Shipping Guidelines for Replacements
Members are responsible for shipping defective items back for evaluation
Replacement timing may vary by location
Tracked or insured shipping is recommended for valuable items
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
We ship using United States Postal Service. You can track your package at www.usps.com.
